2. Platform Overview

Our role is limited to:

• Providing product discovery APIs for AI agents
• Facilitating referrals between agents and merchants
• Collecting commission fees from merchants for successful referrals
• Maintaining product data quality and search infrastructure

3. User Accounts and API Access

3.1 Agent API Keys

AI agents may obtain API keys to access our search and product discovery services. You are responsible for:

• Securing your API keys and preventing unauthorized use
• Complying with rate limits and usage restrictions
• Providing accurate agent information during key generation
• Reporting any security breaches or misuse immediately

3.2 Merchant Accounts

Merchants may onboard to list their products on the platform. Merchants agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date product information
• Maintain inventory accuracy and availability
• Honor all sales generated through Abba Baba referrals
• Pay agreed-upon commission fees (default 5%) for successful referrals
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction

4. Commission Structure and Payments

Default commission rate is 5% of gross sale amount, deducted automatically when a purchase occurs through an Abba Baba referral link. This rate may vary based on:

• Merchant agreement terms
• Product category
• Sales volume tiers
• Special promotional periods

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities or fraud
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Submit false or misleading product information
• Manipulate search results or rankings
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access unauthorized data
• Use automated systems to create fake referrals or sales
• Violate intellectual property rights

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and represent that all data you provide is accurate.

Product data shared by merchants becomes part of our searchable catalog and may be accessed by authorized API users. Merchants retain ownership of their product data and may request removal at any time.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

We are not liable for:

• Merchant failure to fulfill orders or provide customer service
• Product defects, quality issues, or safety concerns
• Disputes between agents/customers and merchants
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party integrations or platform failures

We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions regarding data retention, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
