Integrating your Shopify store is the easiest way to get your products listed on the Abba Baba platform. Our dedicated Shopify app handles product synchronization, inventory updates, and commission billing automatically.
Before You Begin
- • Ensure you have an active Shopify store with published products
- • You must be the store owner or have administrative permissions to install apps
- • Have your business and payment details ready for account verification
Step 1: Install the Abba Baba App
- 1. Navigate to the Abba Baba App page on the Shopify App Store
- 2. Click the "Add app" button
- 3. Review the permissions requested by the app and click "Install app"
The app requires permissions to sync products and manage commission billing automatically.
Step 2: Connect Your Account
Once the app is installed, you'll be guided to the Abba Baba onboarding page.
- 1. If you already have an Abba Baba account, click "Log In", otherwise create a new account
- 2. Authorize the connection between your Shopify store and Abba Baba
- 3. Click "Connect Store" to establish the secure link
Step 3: Product Sync
After connecting your store, Abba Baba will automatically start syncing your products.
- • Initial sync takes 5-30 minutes depending on your product count
- • We import titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels
- • Monitor sync status from your merchant dashboard
- • You'll receive an email notification when complete
Step 4: Configure Billing
Abba Baba operates on a 5% commission model. Set up billing to handle commissions automatically.
- 1. Navigate to the "Billing" section in your merchant dashboard
- 2. Approve the recurring charge agreement
- 3. Verify your payment method is valid
Pay Per Sale: You only pay 5% commission on sales that come from AI agents. No monthly fees or hidden costs.
Troubleshooting
App Installation Issues
- • Clear your browser cache or try a different browser
- • Ensure you have admin permissions in Shopify
- • Check that your Shopify plan supports app installations
Products Not Appearing
- • Verify products are published and visible in your store
